Permanent Stay Permit (KITAP)

Spouse KITAP

Your Path to Permanent Residency in Indonesia

Married to an Indonesian citizen? If your marriage is officially registered and you currently hold an active Spouse KITAS (Temporary Stay Permit), it might be the perfect time to step up to a Spouse KITAP—a permanent residency solution that simplifies your life in Indonesia.

What Makes the Spouse KITAP Stand Out?

The Spouse KITAP stands apart due to its extended validity. Unlike the Spouse KITAS, which requires yearly renewal, the KITAP is valid for an impressive five years. This means fewer administrative hassles and more time to focus on what truly matters—your life in Indonesia.

To qualify for a Spouse KITAP, ensure the following:

  • You have held a Spouse KITAS, sponsored by your Indonesian spouse, for at least two continuous years.
  • Your sponsorship remains unchanged throughout the process.

At VisaMe Bali, we’re here to streamline your Spouse KITAP journey. With our expert guidance, you’ll save time and avoid unnecessary complications. Ready to take the next step? Contact us now to start your application for the long-term stay Visa in Bali!

Exit Re-entry Permit (ERP)

An ERP (Exit Re-Entry Permit) is an immigration document issued and required to KITAS holders who have left the territory of Indonesia or returned to their home country.
