LPKPM (Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal) is. a Quarterly Investment Activity Report that all PT PMA (Foreign-Owned Companies) and locally owned companies with an investment value exceeding IDR 10 billion in Indonesia must submit to BKPM (Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board)

The report’s main purpose is to provide snapshots of a company’s investment activity periodically. More specifically, it is a way for the Indonesian government to keep foreign companies and investors accountable for the following responsibilities stated in articles 15 and 16 of Law No 25/2007.
